Fees per Session

The cost of treatment is $260.00 per session for Individuals and $300 per session for couples, which is a discounted rate from that recommended by the Australian Psychological Society. Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Visa, MasterCard or funds transfer. A reduced rate is available for concession card holders and full-time students, please advise when making the appointment booking if you meet this criteria.

A referral is not required for an appointment, however, a medicare rebate may be available if you are referred by a GP on a mental health treatment plan.  

Cancellation fee

Please note that changes to appointment times that are made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation (equal to 50% of the above scheduled fee). This policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another client who is on a waiting list for an appointment.

Medicare Rebate

Medicare will cover $137.05 (indexed) per session for a maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year if you have a referral (Mental Health Treatment Plan) from your GP (individuals only). You must bring a copy of the Mental Health Care Plan to your first appointment. Please feel free to email us if you require more information about Medicare rebates.

Private Health Insurance

Your private health funds may offer rebates for psychological services. Please check with your health fund to see if you are able to claim for psychological services.
